ample storage excellent shower honesty bar convenient check-in
the room had plenty of storage for our belongings and the shower was excellent. i appreciated the honesty bar and pool table even though i didn't get the chance to use them this time. the hosts shared helpful local knowledge. i found the easy check-in quite convenient.
The continental breakfast, while adequate, was the only option. I would have preferred a hot breakfast choice as well.

the room was super clean and spacious! it had a lovely ensuite. the ensuite even had both a shower and a bath, AMAZING!!! i loved that a lot of the older features were still there. i will definitely visit again.

the location is perfect, especially for visiting pleasure beach. the room was spacious and clean with thoughtful touches. i found the car parking very helpful and convenient. i also used the honesty bar.

friendly owner local knowledge on-site parking restful environment
The owners were friendly and cute. They were very knowledgeable about the local area. The on-site parking was a major advantage (considering the location). The location is a short walk to the seafront and the Pleasure Beach. The hotel was peaceful, ensuring a restful environment. I found the cleanliness of the accommodation super clean.
I noticed some slight wear and tear on the hallway carpet, which could use some attention.

mixed feelings about the stay
stained headboard broken kettle
the location near the seafront proved acceptable.
The room was disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews i had read. the headboard had noticeable stains, and the quilt had a blood stain on it. the kettle was old and broken. It was scaled inside, definitely unacceptable.
